Jessica Rathke is Managing Director of L10N Sales & Marketing, a London-based sales training and consulting company that helps translation companies increase revenue and profitability through better sales practices.

Julie Giguere has experience of managing multilingual communications at Bank of Montreal and localisation projects in major language service providers in France and in the UK. At Asian Absolute she is all about delivery.

Marya Jabeen holds a BA (Hons) and an MA (Hons) in Media and Communications and has, in the past, worked as a primetime producer with a news channel. 

Raisa McNab is the Association of Translation Companies' Council lead on standards. Her day job is Quality & Training Manager at Sandberg Translation Partners (STP). She is responsible for the company’s quality management system and translation services standard certification, and is actively involved in translation industry standards development.

Renato Beninatto has over thirty years of experience in Global Content and technology strategy, Renato has most recently served on the executive teams of some of the industry’s most prominent companies in three continents, and co-founded the first market research company focusing on the language services space.

Richard Mullender has more than 25 years experience working in the London Metropolitan Police, most recently as the former Lead Trainer at the National Crisis and Hostage Negotiation Unit at Scotland Yard.

Roy Allkin is the co-founder and Operations Director of Wolfestone Translation Ltd and chairman of the Association of Translation Companies. Roy studied History for his first class Honours Degree before going on to achieve a Masters Degree with distinction in Business. He is currently studying CIMA Management Accounting.

Ruth Partington is the founder of RP Translate and Chair of the ATC Conference Organising Committee and Vice-Chair of the ATC Council. She graduated in 1986 with a degree in Russian and Italian from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University of London.

Sarah Griffin-Mason is Chair of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and a part-time Senior Lecturer in Translation Studies at the University of Portsmouth. She is an experienced freelance translator, editor and educator who runs a freelance translation and editing business in her remaining time.

Su Yang is Managing Director of Shanghai-based Talking China Language Services.  She originally studied for a BA in journalism and communications at Shanghai International Studies University, before going on to complete an MA in English Linguistics and Literature at the same academic institution. She transferred to Jiaotong University to complete her MBA.
