Global Voices acquires London Translations

ATC member Global Voices has acquired another ATC member London Translations, a multidisciplinary translation and interpretation business, for an undisclosed sum.

London Translations, previously owned and run by Pete Bennett provides Global Voices with an enhanced presence and an increased customer base in the capital and beyond.

Luigi Koechlin founder and Managing Director of Global Voices commented:

“Global Voices has grown rapidly over the last two years and the strategic combination of Global Voices and London Translations further strengthens our position in key markets in the UK through the expansion of our core translation and interpretation business.

"This transaction fortifies our presence in the South of England and gives us further opportunity to increase our market share in London and continue with our ambitious growth strategy.  We have an extremely experienced legal and financial team around us ensuring the London Translations transaction was completed quickly and efficiently with no disruption to either businesses or, most importantly, our clients.  Four months on we continue to focus on exceeding our customer expectations and looking for new and exciting opportunities.”

“Our like-minded emphasis on providing high-quality translation services, while remaining flexible to our customers individual requirements, and absolute passion for customer care made London Translations the ideal acquisition for us,” said Koechlin.

He contunued: "Global Voices is keen to acquire other UK LSP’s in 2016 with annual revenues of £1m+ either via Share Purchase or Asset Purchase and would welcome approaches from principles or advisors, who get in touch by either emailing me at: This email address is being protected from spambots.
