With a Chinese degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Fu Jen University in Taiwan, Lindsay is fluent in Mandarin, has worked as a freelance translator and is highly experienced in East Asian business and cultural practices. As a graduate management consultant, she worked in both public and private sector roles to move various businesses and processes online. She has worked for Burberry and Net-a-Porter when they led the field in e-commerce, establishing many new business units and revenue streams, and as such was invited to be part of UKTI’s e-expertise bank.
Lindsay currently leads organisational strategy at Locaria, an innovative international content services provider. Locaria blends online engagement metrics with localisation and origination processes to produce marketing and commercial content for brands with international ambitions. Lindsay has led the opening of offices in Barcelona and Mexico City, the implementation of TPMS technology and the establishment of an in-house linguist team. She also oversees Finance, HR and Marketing, and as part of the Board sets the strategic priorities for the company each year.
Lindsay lives with her husband in Enfield with whom she has two daughters. She enjoys music and horse riding in her free time.
