Romina has over 20 years’ experience in the translation industry. She holds a BA as well as two MAs in translation. Her formal training was followed by a number of posts across different aspects of the discipline: in-house translator in a legal publisher, university lecturer (Translation Studies degree), project manager and eventually manager of translation teams. Her training and professional career have given Romina a thorough understanding of workflows and technology and how best to deploy those for clients. Today Romina’s main role requires her to build teams and design services and workflows to service global requirements.
