The ATC’s M&A Forum brings together member companies interested in discussing M&A and exit strategies in a confidential setting. The Forum takes place quarterly, online via Teams. The first half of each session includes case studies from ATC member companies and guidance from our expert partners, focusing on specific teams around M&A and exit strategies. This part is recorded and shared. For the second part of each session, recording is off and cameras are on for a frank and honest Q&A and peer-to-peer discussion.
