The Association of Language Companies (ALC), United States, the Association of Translation Companies (ATC), United Kingdom and Magic Beans Agency are excited to announce a strategic partnership to launch “Reclaim the Future 3.0 – AI Upskilling for Language Services”, a live, instructor-led training program purpose-built to equip language service companies (LSCs) with the skills, strategies, and tools they need to thrive in the age of generative AI.

(Please note the course focus is mostly on upskilling for Translation & Localization-focussed companies – Interpretation Topics are not covered.)

The course will launch on Friday, September 19, 2025, just after the ALC’s annual conference in New Orleans and is available to LSCs across the world, with member discounts to ALC & ATC member companies.

This initiative is rooted in a shared mission: to ensure that the language services industry can not merely survive disruption, but rather shape and lead it with confidence. With AI reshaping everything from workflows and pricing models to client expectations, LSCs are being asked to transform faster than ever before. This program gives them the roadmap to do exactly that.

The Reclaim the Future 3.0 course is a 10-week, live virtual program, delivered by seasoned AI experts with deep experience in the language services sector. It covers:

  • The evolving role of AI in the language industry
  • Implementation strategies tailored to small and mid-size LSCs
  • Selling and marketing AI-enabled services
  • Building a future-focused AI vision and internal capability
  • Improving workflows, assuring team engagement, and creating client value
