Language Industry Summit and Networking Events
The highlight of the ATC’s social calendar is the Language Industry Summit, our annual conference taking place in late September. The Summit brings together UK and overseas language service companies, service and technology providers, prominent and inspiring speakers, and the ATC’s stakeholders for networking, learning and development.
The ATC also organises networking events across the country on topical issues. Come along and meet the Council and fellow industry professionals!
The Language Industry Survey
The ATC’s Language Industry Survey forms an on-going research base of key data about the translation and interpreting market in the United Kingdom.
By contributing to the research, you will be able to benchmark your company’s performance, compare your pricing, profitability and margins to those of other companies, and get an overview of the technology trends current in the industry.
Council Membership
The ATC is the elected leadership body that governs and directs the ATC. The ATC’s Council is made up of Accredited Member representatives and Co-opted Council Members. Open Council Memberships are promoted when they become vacant. Meet the current Council here.
Lobbying
The ATC lobbies on behalf of its members’ interests at government level to ensure a sustainable future for language services in the UK. Get in touch and get involved if you feel passionate about making a change!
