International students completing a BA or MA degree in the UK are now eligible to stay and work for two or three additional years after graduation as part of the UK Government’s Graduate Visa Route.
Employers recruiting international graduates under this route do not require a sponsor licence and do not need to play the immigration skills charge of up to £1,000 a year.

The Kickstart Scheme is the UK government’s new initiative to help companies reboot their businesses following the Covid pandemic, and help employ young people.
