ATC Manchester Networking Event 3 April 2025
The ATC invites you to our 2025 spring face-to-face networking event where the focus is firmly on building client-side relations through commercial collaborations: an approach designed to position ATC members as the go-to language service experts in the UK.
Date and time: Thursday 3 April 2025 from 10 am to 3 pm
Location: Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WD
What you’ll come way with from the day:
- Tools for starting new client-side collaborations in your focus sectors
- Tips on positioning yourself as a thought leader
- Guidance on establishing a presence and growing a profile
- How to boost revenue quickly
- How to create industry-relevant materials to capture new clients
- Shared experiences from those who have been there
- ATC tool kit, resources and plan for the next moves
Come and hear how the ATC has built links with client-side groups, trade associations and business collectives from the UK Export Academy to the Confederation of British Industries, and from the Trade Association Forum to the Association of Association Executives, promoting the power of language and opening up new collaborations for ATC members’ benefit.
Then build your own commercial collaborations plan under the expert guidance of our exemplary member networkers Cathy Branson of The Translation People, Helen Provart of Peak Translations and Gabriela Lemoine of Accentus Language Services. They will highlight the benefits of their commercial collaborations experience with The British Allied Trades Federation, the Chambers of Commerce, the Department for Business and Trade, and the UK Export Academy.
We look forward to seeing you there!
