“Spyros was appointed Technology Director in November 2023, during a critical inflection point for the business. He was immediately tasked with overseeing the migration of a large and complex client to a rebuilt platform, with a fixed delivery deadline.
This programme had wide-reaching implications across operations, commercial performance, and client trust. Under Spyros’s leadership the project met all contractual and operational readiness milestones but also transitioned the technology function from outsourced delivery to a fully in-house engineering team across the UK and India in under four months, restoring control and aligning technology with business priorities.
Spyros takes a hands-on, impact-focused approach to innovation, one that pairs technical creativity with commercial awareness. His leadership style is centred on building empowered teams and lasting capability. Spyros has created a team culture of ownership, accountability, and experimentation. “Veronica is known as the The Inclusivity Translator. She is a Spanish citizen in London, as well as a feminist and single mum. She specialises in inclusive translation and communication strategies, not only from a gender perspective but to talk to any minoritised group. She does this because we don’t have to go too far to realise that not everyone has access to the same knowledge or tools. She recently rebranded to focusing on inclusivity as she feels that in your career it’s important to listen to ourselves and reinvent what we can do to reintroduce ourselves.”
