The ATC’s M&A Forum is a platform which brings together member companies interested in discussing M&A and exit strategies in a confidential setting. The Forum takes place quarterly, online via Teams. The first half of each session includes case studies from ATC member companies and guidance from our expert partners, focusing on specific teams around M&A and exit strategies. This part is recorded and shared. For the second part of each session, recording is off and cameras are on for a frank and honest Q&A and peer-to-peer discussion.

Takeaways from First M&A Forum

The ATC’s M&A Forum launched in March 2026 as a dedicated space for leaders in the language services sector to discuss mergers, acquisitions, and director exits in a confidential and supportive setting. The inaugural session brought together two speakers with hands-on experience of M&A from different perspectives: Rachel Coleman, founder and former Co-CEO of ALM Translations, and Graeme Lawrence, the ATC’s M&A partner and advisor at Snowball Group who has been involved both in management buyouts and company sales. Their conversation offered a candid look at the realities behind the headlines of business exits.
