Nucleus Technologies revolutionises training with cutting-edge learning management solutions for both internal teams and training providers. Offering customisable, off-the-shelf courses in industry certifications, compliance, and business skills across multiple languages and regions, Nucleus ensures that the training needs of different organisations are met.

Nucleus’ digital training platform simplifies course management from creation to delivery, featuring advanced learner tracking, extensive customisation, and secure eCommerce integration. With Nucleus’ solutions, organisations can digitise and scale training programmes effortlessly, whether for internal team development or expanding a training business.

Due to be launched during the course of summer/autumn 2024, off-the-shelf business support courses powered by Nucleus will provide ATC members with easy-to-access, low-cost, on-demand eLearning courses on key areas of regulation and compliance, health and safety, and workplace skills.

ATC CEO Raisa McNab is looking forward to the collaboration: “SME language service companies provide critical business services, but in order for them to do that, they need the right skills and knowledge in running a business and supporting their skilled staff. Nucleus’ off-the-shelf courses ranging from anti-money laundering to modern slavery, homeworking to fire safety, and emotional intelligence to managing risk provide a great introduction to key business areas.”

Nucleus CEO Tom Newton said, “We are excited to partner with the Association of Translation Companies. Our training business, Nucleus Academy, will enable ATC members to access tailored training programmes that cover industry-specific challenges and essential skills. This collaboration underscores our commitment to supporting professional development and enhancing training effectiveness by empowering associations to curate bespoke programmes for their industry.”
