Upon registration, the ATC will make provisions on your behalf, and the venue will charge us accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds due to the cost incurred by the ATC and if payment has not been received, delegates will still be liable for the full delegate fee however substitute delegates are welcome.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate insurance in place to cover your registration costs if you are required to cancel for any reason, including medical, bereavement or travel disruption.
