ATC Gold Conference Day 2

All sessions will be held at the Voco Grand Central Glasgow.
Day 2 is our Strategy Workshop Day, where we build on the insights and inspiration from the previous day and really dig into how LSCs can futureproof their business, navigate the choppy waters of an industry in intense period of transformation, and improve their offering to grow from service provider to strategic partner.
Expect a day of deep thinking, meaningful discussion, collaboration, and building strategic business plans based on client needs.
A separate break-out track dives deep into M&A, allowing LSC owners and senior executives to explore how to prepare a business for exit, sale, or acquisition.
