The main venue for ATC Gold is the stunning voco Grand Central Hotel, situated right in the heart of Glasgow and adjacent to Glasgow Central Station. This historic hotel is a much-loved city icon and the perfect venue to celebrate a 50th anniversary.
NB. The hotel is currently temporarily closed following a fire in a neighbouring building, but our October event should not be affected.

ATC Language Industry Awards Gala Dinner
22 October 2026 at 19.00-24.00
The ATC Language Industry Awards and three-course Gala Dinner takes place in the evening of Thursday 22 October 2026 at the main ATC Gold conference venue, the voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
The dinner and awards will be followed by an authentic Scottish ceilidh with Deoch ‘N’ Dorus band and a disco, so bring your dancing shoes!
Dress code: Smart evening/cocktail, wear gold!

ScotRail offers discounted train travel to ATC Gold delegates. The Conference Rover gives you unlimited travel across the city centre, £5 for 5 days. You can also benefit from discounted advance travel across Scotland for any tickets purchased over the conference dates: up to 50% discount on most ScotRail Anytime Single and Day Returns during or after the conference. To buy your discounted ticket, visit a ScotRail ticket office and show your delegate pass or email confirmation. You can use your discounted ticket once your conference has finished but you must purchase the ticket during the period that your Conference Rover ticket is valid for.
