Sarah Bawa Mason, ATC Commercial & Collaborations Lead
From Networks to Net Worth in Manchester 3 April 2025
The ATC invites you to Manchester for our 3 April networking event at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce where the focus is firmly on building client-side relations through commercial collaborations: an approach designed to position ATC members as the go-to language service experts in the UK.
Meet exporters at the UK Export Academy
The ATC collaborates with the Department for Business & Trade’s UK Export Academy to deliver quarterly webinars on the value of language services and cultures to the UKEA’s community of over 18,000 businesses looking to expand their export footprint. Join the network, and get in touch with me to submit a case study in the next webinar!
New partnership with the Association of British HealthTech Industries
The ATC has struck a new collaboration partnership with The Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI), which supports the HealthTech community to provide medical devices, products, and services that help people live healthier lives. Our aim – to help ABHI’s 400 members to lower the barriers to international trade, and to connect them with ATC member companies.
Opening the world up with The Giftware Association
We are working with The Giftware Association to lower the barriers to international trade and to deliver cultural and language support for the GA membership. Do you specialise in the giftware or luxury goods industry, could you submit a case study or top tips for building relationships, marketing and negotiating in different markets?
Multilingual healthcare information with the Patient Information Forum
The ATC is a partner of the Patient Information Forum (PIF) whose network of over 1,000 members works in the healthcare space producing and providing health information. If your company is actively involved in the healthcare sector and open to engaging with the ATC and PIF in developing best practices around the multilingual health information, you can become a PIF member under the ATC’s partnership, and access PIF resources and networks free of charge.
Best practice guidance for working with charities & NGOs
The ATC works with partners in the charity and NGO sector, and promotes equal access to aid, support, and services in a vastly challenging multilingual landscape. Use our crisis language support resources and best practice guides to boost your work with clients in the charity and NGO sectors.
Position your company as a leader in your clients’ sector
Are you a member of a client-side trade association in a specific sector? Opening that up for collaboration with the ATC can be a really smart move to position your company as a preferred supplier, and aligning it with best practice guidance from a leading language service association.
Get in touch to discuss the opportunities!
