Certified Translation – Getting It Right provides guidelines for clients, translators and translation companies on the certification of translations in the UK.
Produced in collaboration with the three leading language services associations, the ATC, the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL), and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), the Getting It Right guide is a joint effort to outline best practices around the certification of translations, to lead the way towards a more harmonised landscape, and to establish a baseline for certification with the UK’s receiving authorities.
ATC Certification Stamp now available in a digital format
Accredited ATC member companies have the right to use the ATC’s Certification Stamp to certify translations.
The ATC Certification Stamp is now available in a digital format, to enable Accredited Members to certify translations digitally, as well as continue to use the yearly-renewed physical certification stamp.
