ATC Partners with Recruitment Company Talingual

Language service recruitment in the UK is changing shape.

Companies used to recruiting from outside of the UK are now facing the costly and time-consuming process of registering as a Sponsor with the Home Office, and being tied to visa processes and defined salary levels for applicants.

As a consequence, finding the right candidate within the UK is becoming more and more important – but with a more restricted talent pool, recruitment can be a challenge.

The ATC’s new partner, recruitment company Talingual specialises in finding the right candidates with the right language skills.

The Northern Ireland based Talingual is led by Tamar Ravelli. “Talingual’s ambition has seen it grow from one recruiter, one client and one country to now partnering with dozens of clients in countries around the world. Our primary speciality is to source, qualify and prepare candidates who fulfil our clients’ language requirements. We have developed a very positive reputation among clients and candidates alike for our ability to quickly find solutions for such language-based assignments for employment opportunities throughout the UK, Europe and beyond,” she says.

ATC CEO Raisa McNab welcomes the new partnership, “Traditionally, many ATC members have managed their own recruitment, especially for entry-level positions in multilingual project or vendor management. Post-Brexit, there are fewer candidates able to work in the UK, and many are looking for a reliable recruitment partner even for project management and other administrative roles. Talingual goes over and above to find the right candidates for the role.”

Talingual’s other specialities include the management of recruitment campaigns for:

  • Customer-facing product support roles that require a combination of in-depth product knowledge, technical skills, and high levels of empathy with customer expectations.
  • High-volume recruitment drives such as may be required to support the launch of new products, entry into new markets or in response to unforeseen events.

In 2022 Talingual was honoured to receive the International Business of the Year award from the Federation of Small Business as an endorsement of its business practices and success.
