The ATC is pleased to announce that it has become an Affiliate of the Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Europe (COBCOE). COBCOE is a not for profit, membership owned organisation that represents a trusted, multilateral network of British chambers of commerce and business associations located throughout Europe.
With constituent member chambers present in most European countries, COBCOE has a unique ability to provide an international network for the 12,000 businesses its members represent, ranging from major multinationals to small and medium sized enterprises.
ATC’s CEO Raisa McNab said “I really welcome the ATC’s affiliation with COBCOE. Languages, translation and interpreting enable global communication and global commerce, and what better way to celebrate that than with the Association of Translation Companies aligning with the Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Europe.
“International trade and business are what our members, language service companies, are all about – providing solutions for that trade to flow without barriers in communication. I’m confident that all our members will benefit from closer ties between the two organisations.”
David Thomas MBE, Executive Chairman of COBCOE, said “We are very pleased to welcome the ATC as an affiliate of COBCOE and we very much look forward to working together in future to support their international trade agenda.”
